The band

One creator. Four alters.

Four alters, one person. Here is who they are, where they came from, and why we are open about it.

The honest part

Shadows of Ruin is one creator and four alters.

Dominic, Damien, Silas and Ash are alters. Each one brings his own part of the music: the anger, the voice, the discipline and the ground underneath it all. Every riff, lyric, rhythm and melody comes from one person and is told by all four.

AI is one of the tools we use to put their faces on screen. We use it in the open and we will keep telling you so.

What matters is the story, the sound, and whether it finds the part of you that you keep to yourself.

The alters

Four voices

Each of them, in his own story.

Dominic Raze in a skull mask, leaning against a carved tomb with his guitar

Guitar

Dominic Raze

The Masked Harbinger

He grew up beside factories that were coming apart one wall at a time. The mask hides the scars from those years. His riffs come from the anger he kept, filed down to a razor edge.

Damien Wrath standing with arms crossed in the doorway of a stone crypt

Vocals

Damien Wrath

The Voice of the Abyss

Raised under rules that left no room to breathe, he found the one door they forgot to lock, and it opened onto metal. His lyrics land like venom. Every performance is years of swallowed rage let out at once.

Silas Nocturne leaning on a grave monument with drumsticks in hand

Drums

Silas Nocturne

The Pulse of the Grave

Long nights as a gravedigger taught him patience, precision and a rhythm that never rushes. He plays heavy and exact, every beat landing like a shovel striking earth.

Ash Dominion standing before an ornate tomb with his bass

Bass & backing vocals

Ash Dominion

The Keeper of the Low End

A former combat medic, he knows how to stay steady while everything around him burns. His tone is the floor under every storm, the part you feel before you hear it.

The origin

Born at 1 AM

This is the story the four tell. A gas-station parking lot at one in the morning. Engines ticking as they cooled, fluorescent light buzzing over the pumps, nobody else around.

Somebody said the name out loud. Shadows of Ruin. Nobody laughed.

That was 2024. Before they drove off they swore a covenant, and every record since has been held to it.

The Oath

  • No gimmicks.
  • No compromise.
  • No fake smiles.
  • No chasing trends.

Raw sound and the truth as we see it. If a song breaks the oath, it does not leave the forge.

Hear what the four have made.
